1954: Alcatraz Review | Promising premise, poor execution.
While the idea and the overall premise were promising, the execution was more than lacking. Unfortunately, the thematic music and the inclusion of a filter that makes the game look like a 50s movie just isn’t enough to save the game. Full Review[www.noobfeed.com]

Yes, indeed, you guys are doing a great service to all here. The whole 99 cents you saved everyone, availabe on the Steam sale, will eventually heal the world. Thank you.

And thank you also for reviving this thread of course.

I like how the reviewer mentions the noir vibe of the 50s as if they had actually been there in the 50s and as if the 50s actually had anything to do with noir. Noir was an artistic movement there guy not reality.

Even so the movement was not just of the 50s.
