As with many others, I'm running an AMD card and the game crashes about once every 20 or so minutes.

In 9 hours of playing the game, I'm as far as the third world, due to the frequency of the game(s) deciding to spontaneously shut down. While there is a pinned topic in Discussions on the matter, Squeenix has opted not to update the progress in over a month, nor have they seemingly attempted to resolve the issue at all. I've held onto the game(s) since release, and have been hoping there would be some transparency as to whether the developer is actively working on a fix, or they have simply shrugged their shoulders and decided that the AMD crowd isn't a big enough hit to their finances to care.

These issues abound on the Epic release as well, and it should be telling that Squeenix never bothered to resolve those problems, and, while more likely to do so on Steam, are still dragging their heels. I can't recommend this to anyone who may be affected by the company's cavalier attitude towards its fans, but will change this review if Squeenix acts appropriately to take measures to repair a broken release.
