Is it correct that there are no online players whatsoever despite the servers still being live? I heard that there are leagues, but I can't find the corresponding Discord.

I don't know why, yesterday I made level 99 in Touring Cars with a car and the achievement didn't unlock. So it seems it's not possible with the weekly challenges or am I wrong? Or did I do something wrong, also tried selecting the car again in garage but yet, nothing unlocked.
