I have a G27 and when I get to play will be happy to have some choices too :-)
I have no idea if these are even close to what you are supposted to use and I am claiming no
responsiblity for the awesomeness of them or not.
Logitech Profiler
Overall Effects Strength =%100
Spring Effect Strength = %20
DamperEffect Strength =%0
Enable Centering Spring in forcefeedback =not checked
Report Combined =not checked
Degrees of Rotation =900
Allow game to adjust ingame settings=checked
If find if I turn on Damper Effects stength the car feels like its floatings and not turning as quickly for me
In game I have selected standard G27 and then in Vibration Settings
Vibration = on
Vibration Strength = 100
Wheel Strenght =100
Wheel Weight=100
Again I have no idea if they are even close , I have only played the game a very short bit to see how it handled.
That setting is way too high.
Setting the ingame stearing saturation to 30% means you have 270° if you had set the profiler to 900° (30% of 900 is 270).
Adjust the linearity to your liking. With large negative numbers most of the change of direction happens with the first small turns of the wheel, further turning of the wheel has less and less effect. With large positive numbers a small change of direction happens with the first turns of the wheel, but further turning of the wheel has progressively more and more effect.
I recommend profiler 900°, ingame wheel saturation 25% and linearity 3 or 4.
About the forced feedback I set the logitech profiler "Overall Effects Strength" to 100% and all the rest to 0. Especially codemasters games do not need an additional spring effect, as they have implemented it pretty nicely into the game already. Ingame vibrations I set to 40/70/30 (Vib Str/Wheel Str/Wheel weight). Those values are rather low, as I do not like to much FFB and to much noise during racing.
