Why is this game region locked in germany ?

Possibly related to it being flagged "adults only" on Steam. I guess someone was salty because if you position the camera right you might see underwear, so a time traveler from the 1930s might find it scandalous.

Because for some reasons the devs marked this game as "adults only" which equals an instant ban in Germany
