Why is the game labeled as "Adult Only?"

This game is labeled Adult Only and is said to have "frequent nudity" and "sexualized content." This is blatantly false. There is no nudity or sexual content of any sort in this game.

In addition to that, the game is listed as not having English language support. Again, that's wrong. This game does have English language support.

Is somebody maliciously mistagging this game? Can this be fixed?
