There's not a lot in Sekiro that's actually UNIQUE to copyright, and Kannagi Usagi isn't taking money.

Sekiro didn't invent parrying and sword fighting

None of the stuff the game uses that can be said to be inspired by Sekiro is copyrighted. Sure, the attack, defense, etc motions look like Sekiro but FromSoftware hasn't copyrighted that. If you remove the attack, defense, motions. All you have are the Japanese warnings for attacks that cannot be parried and the two life icons.

I don't think similar gameplays (or game mechanics) can be considered as illegal. All mechanics of games in present are based on old games, and then try to add some new mechanics for creating a unique gameplay experience

You can't copyright gameplay mechanics, only the expression of those mechanics. If Kannagi Usagi used the kanji 危 ("danger") for perilous attacks, or had actually lifted animations from Sekiro rather than recreating them in a different engine, it would be a different story.

You cannot copyright game mechanics... with that logic, any game that allows you to swing a sword should be copyrighted because a game already did that in the past

having played Sekiro a lot I do recognise many of the combos have ripped from the bosses.

Crimson Shadow is Owl

Puppet Maiden is True Monk

You mean the Nemesis system in Shadow of Mordor? That's not copyright, they patented it. Different branch of law entirely.
