Suddenly it's in Russian

I'm about half way through this game. I've been away for a couple of weeks and come back to find the game starts in Russian and in windowed mode. How on earth do I change it back to English? Hopefully something simple?

Oh man I suppose it's changed to russian by default now, I'll work on it!.

For now, please do this.

Pick the third option from the main menu > there will be 4 rows, go to the last row > Change to English.
