I downloaded the 1.9.1 version of the mod from GitHub, placed the "re4_tweaks" folder into Bin32, as well as "dinput8.dll" and "dinput8.ini". When I launched the game, the mod asked if I wanted to download the 4GB patch, which I did. When the game ran again, it crashed after barely reaching the Capcom logo. Currently using v1.1.0.
