96 was such a pain to go through... not sure how they always find those gaps back in the days :D
The gaps are nothing.
Wait until you have to do the Winter Hotpot challenge.

Canada is a drag too, but neither are impossible. I just wish the names were appropriate and not just food items, one thing they should have updated and truncated.

Yeah, it's a grind on it's own, especially since the gaps are named after food, making how-to-do-them more vague. Gaps in the original THPS3 weren't a requirement, nor was there a gap list; The official guide book told you where to find them all, though.

Gaps were required on the PS1 version, but Tokyo wasn't as obnoxious.
