EDIT: disabling dualsense in hidhide fixes the skipping menus tab bug also if you were having that.

So I know how to get the playstation glyphs. On DS4 Windows navigate to your profiles and select one. In the profile settings navigate to the "Other" tab on the far right. select "Dualshock 4" under emulated controller. now apply and save. now click on the settings tab on the top right in the main ds4 menu, select HidHide configuration client. select devices and hide any devices thats not the dualsense. unplug controller then plug it back up. go to steam and disable steam input.... game should work normal now.

I tried this. DS4 windows is more of a hassle than it is worth. I will wait for it to be natively supported. I used DS4 and it was swapping my sticks like the left one was the right and vice versa. It was mapped properly but I couldnt figure it out tried it for a few hours and gave up.

There's a mod to enable ps button prompts for 1+2 - it works flawlessly with 3+4 too. Look on nexus.
