Does anybody know if the cards are bugged for this game? Other games drop cards for me but I have about 7 hours on this game right now but it still says I have 3 drops remaining.

So I wanted to ask that I unlocked all achievements for the game .so now I was looking at how to drop steam trading card for this game ? Does it depend on the time spend in game or do I have to unlock more options and endings in the game to trigger the drops ?...
