Tinkerbat Dance & Color Swaps + Drifter Blade DLCs

I own this game and the 3 DLCs on the store page but I don't own these 2 DLCs I didn't even know about: Tinkerbat Dance[steamdb.info] & Color Swaps + Drifter Blade[steamdb.info]. Does anyone know if you can obtain/purchase these 2 DLCs?

they're in the ultimate edition iirc

They should just put these on the shop. It's pointless to keep these as 'Kickstarter exclusive' if the ultimate edition already offers them in it. That way, the players that have supported the series through this version can enjoy that content as well without having to purchase an entire separate version, especially since save files cannot transfer.
