I was bored and put my graphics to max, which my computer didn't like. Now when I launch the game, it takes 5 minutes loading to 90% then crashes. I've tried restarting my PC and stuff like that, but it didn't work. I even tried to get a refund so I could buy 2020, but I wasn't able to. Am I just not able to play the game anymore? I spent $70, so I would really like to fix this. Does anyone have any suggestions?
