Why I can't get the achievement??
Although I tried to place a few 8-level buildings together, it doesn't combine and turns into 9-level building. I've restarted the game for about 10 times and really depressed abt that:steamsad:

Hi! Lvl 8 is maximum for buildings. There's no lvl 9.

You need to merge 9 buildings. Not get a level 9 one. Check the guides and you'll know how.
