When i download this game and i try to run it does not launch. What should I do?

- Some Player can't start the Game (not happened with me) - The Game don't allow you to construct new Buildings after some Time (Happened always for me) - When you load a Game from a Save, many Musics are played at the same Time - Since I have last played the Game, maybe 2 Years ago, nothing has changed and there are the same Bugs. So I can say, the Game is not longer Supported by the Dev(s)....
