just some system specs:
OS: Windows 11
CPU: 11th gen Intel i9-11900F
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti
Monitor 1 resolution(this is the one im playing DR2C on): 1920x1080
Monitor 2 resolution: 1280x1024

Steam launch options:
-borderless

HERES THE PROBLEM:

when selecting either Fullscreen HARD or Fullscreen SOFT and clicking on my second monitor or trying to tab out DR2C imminently collapses, having V-sync on makes things worse, freezing the game when tabbing back in

i assume FS SOFT is meant to be a borderless windows mode, but, doesnt behave as such so is there a fix for this or is there a setting im missing?
