I've reached what I would consider to be the third block puzzle. I will describe it as the hallway to the left after opening the stone doorway, Jump over the gap above the lower bell, through the hallway with two humans, and then into the next room with vampires and a artifact within a dome, and into the spectral realm and through the gate.

Now with this location described, I've accidentally slid one of the blocks in with the wrong orientation, But it accepted and dropped the last four blocks. Now it won't let me correct the block, nor can I finish this puzzle with all other pieces correctly inserted.

Update: Completely restart the game, not from launcher. I wasn't able to reset it, nor fix the block orientation for that puzzle, but the glass was gone. Progress continues...
