I had a problem with a black screen after Laura`s hideout and downloaded a savegame in the Root Forest. After the dialog all moves and interactions were blocked. Is there a way to solve the problem?

Hello, we are really enjoying this game, but have run into a problem at the very end of chapter 3 when you're supposed to play your flute nose and get the fosfoses to light up on the ring. The first one lights up when I play hole 1, but I can't get the second one (2 and 4) to light up no matter what I do. Pressing 2 and 4, or any other combination, just makes the first fosfos deactivate, and doesn't light up the second.
