It's "All Intents and Purposes." not "All Intensive Purposes." That is all.

This title is given on purpose, as with "Escape Goat," too. It's a kind of joke.

It would be mistake if this phrase is used as an idiom. But here we have "intensive purposes" in the literal sense: you have to do your best to win this campaign.
