Same problem here. Before we can modify startlist of mods like "World DB" but now it's impossible. Need help !

I found a solution.

I created a folder named "WorldDB 2025" (or other name) in:

C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Roaming\Pro Cycling Manager 2025\Mod

Then I copy-pasted all the files and folders downloaded from the Workshop into this folder.

Now it works: the database appears in the Modding menu, and I can create startlists again like before.
