Please let us make boundaries for standing room or remove the minimum requirements for room scale
~~Reposting here since its the correct board for requests~~

I'm tired of setting up room scale and having to lean more than half way over my bed just to get boundaries that keep my from hitting my dresser or computer table. If I walk into the bed theirs nothing for me to hit at least except soft mattress. I don't care how short the activation distance for the barriers would be with the space I do have (which is solveble by again going a little ways over the bed, but having to go the extra foot to foot and a half to meet min requirements makes it so you NEVER see the barrier.) Playing room scale experiences (except accounting or job simulator) is totally viable for me otherwise.

Also it wouldn't hurt if we could manually adjust barriers while in VR or on the computer monitor with a mouse for when the lighthouses get bumped. I scraped one of my knuckles in blade and sorcery and almost spilled my coffee when I stabbed down at my computer table because of that.

If anybody has any mods they could recommend for any of the above I would really appreciate it. I don't want to have to set up standing room only and not get ANY boundaries, because then you just have no reference point for where you are in relation to where you dont want to be swinging.

I use ChaperoneTweak[github.com] for this, it's old, but still works.

Thanks. Is it compatible with Index controllers?

Yeah, that's what I use. If it wasn't automatically just working, it would probably have been possible to build legacy bindings for it.
