Help steam VR keeps locking my PC

Idk why it's been happening recently but I find have to restart my PC every half hour maybe ? I basically can't open any new windows or pause or play a new YouTube video.

Browser I'm using is Vivaldi but I can't even open any other applications it like my PC locks up

Also steam VR and vrchat been lagging

Hey there! Are you experiencing this issue as well, whenever you’d click on the VRChat application, whilst in VR. And if so, is this causing extreme lag for you too? If so, I’m in the same boat.
