Try to increase your VR resulotion, might help

Could also be that your cable simply has low bandwith and hence the image gets compressed a lot.

I tried turning the resolution up but it looked the same and just made it laggy.

I also tried using quest link and it looked fine

What do you have the bitrate set to? I dont have a quest myself but pixelated heavily sounds like compression, and then the first thing you want to check is your bitrate that you send the data through the cable at.

Lower bitrate means LESS visual quality but also less cable/wifi bandwith used
Higher bitrate means MORE visual quality but also more cable/wifi bandwith used

Do you run the Link cable on a USB 3.0 or faster? or just a standard USB 2.0?

^ I dont know if this is still up to date, but this is how you can check the bitrate and change it.

Also, what headset are you using? What graphics card are you using?

i think i know what the problem is but i dont know how to fix it i think that the link cable is not working with steam vr for some reason and it is just using air link cause whenever i unplug the link cable it dosent stop it is just the same

also nothinhg changes when i change my settings so i dont know what to do

SteamVR does not use the QuestLink connection. It only connects through Wireless.

Try putting the cable in a USB 3.0 instead of 2.0 I put mine in 2.0 and it was all blurry and compressed and i tested the cable and was getting 360Mbps vs when i plugged into 3.0 USB. 1.8Gbps i was getting and the image was alot cleary and less laggy

Ok so uhhhhhh I fixed it it was just cause I forgot to enable quest link or whatever it’s called when I start it up
