As a first stop, check out http://steamvr.steampowered.com for SteamVR support and troubleshooting information. If you don't find support for your issue, please contact Steam Support and include a SteamVR System Report https://help.steampowered.com/en/wizard/HelpWithGame/?appid=250820

What is SteamVR? I have an idea of what it is i just don't really know what all it does as i don't see any information about it.

That's kind of what i thought it was minus the part that it's a software required.
That and i don't have a virtual reality headset.

Hi and thanks for the link. Why are Steam and Support accounts split in two parts... It would be more convinient with only ONE account for everything ! Too much security walls are just making the user experience a hell mess nowadays !

I turn on my HTC Vive today and I saw a line across left lens. and it can not be a damage becouse I keep it inside a drawe with the HTC Vive cloth above the glasses. It could be damage? I dont know, help please :steamsad:
