wondering if its worth buying

I just don't believe it its random. You get an illness, always in the character with more hp. Then the next hit is ALWAYS for that dude so it dies. If you happened to grab a health capsule first, the hit would be for him also, and the NEXT ONE TOO. grab another capsule, and all 3 hits are for him until he dies. This happened me a thousand times. Having a 4hp-4hp-2hp scenario? the next 2 hits are for the 2 hp dude. The game is not fair at all. It would be fun if it was really random, but it isn't at all...
