I had the same problem trying to get to the third section. Very frustrating.

Never happened to me. The light sometimes doesn't reach the ground for some reason. It also could be getting stuck in a tree causing the light to minimize. Follow the lamp posts and you should be fine.

How do you fix it though

the jumpscare after climbimg up the pipes to get the googles isnt working, to let me progress through the door.. the nanny or whatever its called in the dark room after lifting the goggles off the table.. how do i fix this please????

Have you managed to fix it? We bought it yesterday after completing previous 1-4 on ps5 and we have reinstalled the game tried it on other steam accounts and it is still not working

For I hate life. As soon as I put this comment we fixed it! We’d previously been using a pad connected to pc to play. Once we use keyboard and mouse it worked

I assume it's a bug and can only be fixed by the developer and they don't seem to care or know. Most likely only fixed by playing on another computer.

EDIT// weird... I'll have to try that as I was using a controller at the time of the problem
