I think people misinterpret this game. This is due to the fetish kernel at the center and the marketing (dating sim). It plays more like a visual novel, and has some small choices you can make to get different endings. It is well-written and the art is fantastic. This is a game about memory and ethics.

Saeko asks the question: "can a person really change?" which is not really the sort of question someone wants to ask while jorking it. This isn't a fetish game, though it does have obvious fetish elements. This is a well-written story with heavy emotional resonance. If you're looking to goon this isn't your thing, and if you're upset by the lack of agency then perhaps being a tiny isn't for you. If you're into character-driven drama with an erotic twist in a small package, this is your kinda thing!

A bit short for my taste, but still a solid 7 hours experience.
There are complaints about the gameplay, where your choices and management role are more of an illusion but I think that makes perfect thematic sense.

This game.. certainly isnt what i was expecting. the way that it toys with your emotions no matter what ending you choose. It had me questioning my choices. Without spoiling too much, if you enjoy darker Visual Novels, this is for you.
