I'm trying to 100% the game and get the final minikit i need by using the car at the final sector to clean up some water i presume(?) but every button i press doesnt move the car, itll sway and move slowly but not much in and out of the crate its in and ive reset the game + my pc multiple times to try resolve this....

i cant unlock 3 characters because they dont show up on the map i know one is blade i get his firts mission but he disappears.Can you help me?
