Anticheat refusing to launch. This problem is caused by daemon tools. Deleting the software does nothing. EA has managed to leave players in the lurch again. They are really trying hard to be the worst company.

[SOLVED] TrackIR not detected in F1 24? It’s a menu bug — not your setup.

If your TrackIR software shows green light, tracking works, NPClient64.dll is placed in the game folder, config is updated with:
<eyetracking device="trackir" enabled="true"/>
but the Eye & Head Tracking menu shows nothing...

→ Start a race or time trial first
→ Once you're in the car, pause → go to Settings → Eye & Head Tracking
→ Now the TrackIR device option appears!

Don’t waste hours reinstalling drivers like I did. Hope this helps others.

I have 100 hours on Playstation,
the penalty system sucks, the game essentially guesses what to do. If someone hits you, most of the time both of you get a penalty. The penalties for delta speed limits are also ridiculously broken. Meanwhile, if someone rams right through you from 3 cars behind, they get a small penalty and finish on podium, rather than getting disqualified.
The multiplayer system is ass, even for peer-to-peer. There's little error handling, often I'll be in a lobby and every player will disconnect. The game won't warn me, but I'll start being +10 seconds out of nowhere and realise I'm playing against AI.
The matchmaking is terrible. Find a decent game (that isn't 5 laps), wait 20 minutes, then have everyone lag out.
The lag when driving is horrific, I'll have people teleport through me and the game will hit me out.

It's sad to see basic issues, like the penalty system, not be fixed after years. F1 2020, in-comparison, rarely had these issues. Everyone complained about the bad penalty system in F1 22, and it's just kept going from there.

F1 24 - Long Negative Review (Not Recommended)

(Game is only good when you want latest updates of f1 and give you the game you want to try and play but other than that do not expect too much from the game because it is just a copy and paste from f1 23 nothing new...)

I’ve played F1 24 for just about 20.1 hrs for my last 2 weeks, all I needed to realize this game is yet another uninspired, copy-paste cash grab from EA. It’s painfully obvious that this isn’t a fresh entry in the franchise just a barely modified version of the previous games with a new title slapped on it and a full price tag attached. There's nothing genuinely new or revolutionary here, just a reheated version of the same formula we've seen over and over again in the past few years.

The gameplay feels eerily familiar, and not in a good way. Physics tweaks are negligible at best, and any changes to the handling model seem more like artificial attempts to mask the stagnation of the series. Career mode? Still bland, lifeless, and scripted to death. The UI is a mess why it is because it's unintuitive, clunky, and somehow makes it harder to just find a simple way to start a quick race. And when you do get on track, there’s no immersion to speak of. No driver voices, no principal radio messages, and absolutely no sense of the intensity or emotion of a real F1 race. The whole experience feels sterile and soulless.

What makes it worse is the glaring absence of features that should be standard by now. Where is the authentic, immersive F1 atmosphere? Why is it that in 2024, we’re still getting stripped-down race weekends that feel like a shell of the real thing? There’s no driver chatter to pull you into the drama, no radio messages from team principals to make you feel like you’re part of a bigger operation. Even career mode, which should be the heart of the experience, is shallow and repetitive with less immersion than ever before.

But perhaps the most insulting part is EA’s business model. The reason older F1 games get delisted from Steam isn't about maintaining quality or server support—it’s because they know F1 22 or even F1 21 are objectively better and, more importantly, cheaper alternatives. If those games remained available, fewer people would feel compelled to waste money on this hollow, overpriced repackaging. EA is purposefully erasing the past to force fans into paying for a product that is functionally the same, if not worse, than what came before.

This isn’t about innovation, passion, or love for the sport—it’s about squeezing the maximum amount of money out of fans with the least amount of effort. For a company that once held the promise of delivering authentic racing experiences, F1 24 is a massive disappointment and a shining example of how corporate greed can rot a franchise from the inside out.

With f1 25 coming out is minor changes and nothing has been good other than copy pasting and less immersive!! this game is so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥!

Final Verdict: Not Recommended. Avoid it and save your money.

Until they fix this constant game crashing in game, I will not recommend it. And it get worse on my 2 monitors setup. And there's a recent nvidia drivers update which claimed fo fix F1 23/24 but it just make it much more worse.
