How do I unlock Volcanic Valley?

I see two empty squares on the first page of level select and I assume one is Volcanic Valley. How do I unlock these levels?

Hey there! You unlock the levels as you go/after playing through the previous levels! You should be able to play the Volcanic Valley level after you've made it through Armakillo Pass, Stickenstein's monster, and the Cavern of Robotic Mystery.
