In Lost Cargo mission (Treasure Hunter DLC), I am to lift 4 crates of wine, but how?? I examined the crates thoroughly, purchased many lift bags, yet I can find no way to proceed.

Hi, I am having trouble with the last two achievements. My time under water and the distance I swam does not count. Not in realtime, nor after I quit the game. (I check under Achievements and it doesnt move from 21487/84000 needed). Is anyone else having this problem? I verified files, it fixed one file but this did NOT fix my issue with achievements. Thanks for the help....
