I found when playing this hilariously inaccurate histroy of WW2 that I was flying all over the place due to mouse settings straight outta 2004. I sussed here and didn't see a fix so I looked for one and found it. Incase anyone here got motion sickness from this game, try this:

1. go to your Documents folder
2. Find "EA Games"
3. open the Medal Of Honour: Airbourne folder
4. find a config file named MOHAinput
5. open with glorious NOTEPAD and look for "MouseSensitivity=(NUMBER)" default number if you have sensitivity right down in-game should be 35.
6. make dat shiz 15 or whatever. 15 worked nicely for me
7. Git out dere and kill'm dem Nassi's.

OPTIONAL FUN EXTRA: make "bEnableMouseSmoothing=True" into "bEnableMouseSmoothing=false" for extra flavour.
