Time to scramble—M2 Shot Triggers Live!

M2, the developer of “Operation Night Strikers” and “Night Striker GEAR,” will broadcast the live program “M2STG LiveBroadcast 3 #1” on July 17, 2025 at 19:00.

"M2STG LiveBroadcast 3 #1" will introduce M2-developed titles, including Taito-related titles.
"Operation Night Strikers“ will be introduced with producer Yuichi Toyama, and ”Night Striker GEAR" will be shown in gameplay.

Is there a reason why games like Battle Garegga or DoDonPachi DoJ can't be on Steam?

Sry for the off-topic, but it is baffling to me why such games can't find their way to Steam.

Dramatically overpriced?

Three games, updated graphics, digital only release, very old games, more than a few bugs. This product can never be a collectors item given it's format. Steamdeck incompatible. After considering all this, does the price tag seem unreasonable? I'm leaning toward yes. What does everyone else think?...

ive seen mention of R-Gear included in the japanese release, is it really excluded from the steam version? kinda outrageous to leave anything out considering the premium this collection is priced at.

Why are there negative reviews emphasizing Deck incompatibility?

Can buyers not read the store page? Are they illiterate? Deck compatibility is not guaranteed.

I have only played this once before, on Switch. Lrn2read, bozos.

Shooters Fes 2025: See Operation Night Strikers live!

A hail of lead is heading to Tokyo!

Taito will be showing Operation Night Strikers and Night Strikers Gear during a live stream at Shooter Fes 2025, an online event focused on shooting games and organised by City Connection and Game Centre Mikado. The event runs over two days; June 14th and 15th with livestreams starting at 12:00 on each day.

The team from Taito will be on stream from 18:00 on Saturday 14th, with producer Yuichi Toyama and Zuntata’s Katsuhisa Ishikawa being joined by guests Naoki Horii and Hibana Yokeru from developers M2. Learn all about the game play and sounds of Operation Night Strikers Night Strikers Gear while seeing the games in action and listening to the music.

The stream will run on Mikado’s YouTube channel and can be viewed live at Red Bull Gaming Sphere Tokyo.
