im not sure what the eula/general terms of conditions of microtransactions are. those 2 things can tell you whether you have a case and get your money back or not.
only because a game died/failed and you want your money back you spent on in game currency doesnt mean you actually have a right to ask for your refund. companies are pretty sneaky when its about in game microtransactions.
the least they could/should do is to give you back your in game currency. warranted its covered in the general terms of conditions.
its frustrating really.
