How to change the gravity on your server!
These are the steps.
1.Go to "D:\Users\Jim\Documents\My Games\Nether\NetherGame\SaveData" may be different for you.
2.Open NetherServerDocument_ServerSetttings. (I use notepad)
3.Add "DefaultGravityZ=-520.0" at the end.
Sidenote: -520.0 is the default gravity, if you want jump higher, lower the gravity. ex. -100.0

@Jimpan™
Sadly this is wrong.

Plus it's not even written the same way as the rest of the lines in that file.

Example
"CashWipeThreshold":0,"StartingCashAfterWipe":0,"AllowThirdPerson":false
As opposed to the claimed: "DefaultGravityZ=-520.0" <-- Where's the colon? Why equals? Why's the integer inside the quotes?
Even re-written to look about the same as what's already in there and tried multiple ways this does nothing.
"DefaultGravityZ=-100.0","DefaultGravityZ"-100.0,"DefaultGravityZ":-100.0,"DefaultGravityZ="-100.0,}

Anyone know if there's ACTUALLY a way to adjust gravity? I REALLY want to mess around with low gravity and hang gliders, it sounds like fun assuming this is even a thing at all.

Maybe you have to change it in your profile settings, because I have vids of me playing around with gravity ;) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l1vynshZo4Y
