Same here, doesn't look like the game supports steam overlay. Best solution is to use a third party print screen solftware and upload the image to an image hosting site.

Hello:

1. you can search steam library -> find this game and right click to content
2. enter this in the boot options:
--in-process-gpu

3. turn on the game , and use F12
