Good stuff, SE1 was due a sequel to bring it up to date with the times and springboard forward for (maybe) another decade!

It would be nice to see some discount for SE1 players supporting since alpha :cozyspaceengineersb:

It is good that some thought went into improving the ergonomic of designing, with copy and paste, and such. I hope the control remains fast and unobstrusive (for exemple, keyboard shorcuts, not nested radial menus).

It seems that all display still show generic useless sci-fi animation like in Space Engineers 1. I would really like if instead cockpits instruments showed usefull information. Like speed, integrity, power useage, ammo, etc... But what would be great, is to make good use of the newly added ability to have small blocks, to let us build our own custom cockpits, choosing what to have in our cockpit by picking the relevant small blocks. Yes I played a bit of Starbase, and I'm going to miss creating my own cockpit dashboards if I return to Space Engineers 2.

Also, I hope that you can add proper support VR. Would be very neat to place blocks and modules in space with my own hand instead of going through mouse & flat screen.

I'd post on https://support.keenswh.com/spaceengineers2/pc as suggested, but it seems your website doesn't support firefox : I get a neverending spinner when I try to log in.

$30 barebones demo more like. Keen Studios.... More like Keen on taking money, they are already selling SE:2 with a DLC and it only came out today. I backed SE:1 that was really only made enjoyable by the modders. I bought SE:2 and was horrified by how stripped down it was.

Any time anyone expresses this view they are immediately hopped on my the "Learn to read the roadmap crew". Like we all have time to research a game and dissect a roadmap before we buy it.

Yea Space Engineers 1 is pretty fine imo lmao. Don't see the point in buying a second game that has parts in it (those parts essentially being every. single. block. in the game lmao) that look exactly the same as the first game lol pure laziness. and a 3rd size of blocks doesn't make it feel any less lazy. People paying for this are the reason micro transaction's have the gaming industry by the bawls right now. Anyone with a brain can tell that this game is a cash grab and a half... Why wouldn't all this nonsense just be added into SE:1 if it wasn't? lol.

Here's to hoping y'all don't take the monetization approach y'all did with the last game where you're selling almost $70 in visual mods to where you're having to pay an arm and a leg for any visual variety.

Tell us you haven't looked at a single block without telling us.

I just got done playing for an hour, it all looks and feels very different with a clear upgrade in every single way. Gyroscopes literally rotate and move around, it's awesome.

People assuming they're going to get a full game right off the bat when they made clear they're doing chunk-sized portions of the game for the early builds is peak entitlement
