Blacklists should not be discussed or mentioned.

Blacklists have enormous potential for abuse. "Witch hunting", flaming, harassment, and false allegations are an almost certain side-effect of maintaining blacklists. Even when there is no malicious intent, it is possible for an innocent player to be wrongfully accused and placed on a blacklist.

While we cannot control whether a list is created or maintained, they are to be kept entirely off these forums.

Posts that mention the existence of a blacklist, or whether an player is on such a list, will be deleted immediately.
