Hi, it may be a new Bug that needs to be reported on the SE Support Portal, there is always new Bugs to report after a major update but double check the following first :

1 - Have you tried the search box from the G Menu to type in the word "Voxel" ?

2 - Is it the same in new created no Mods world or it happens in only one specific save ?

I will add :

I build where the are no bushes or build above the ground but I also like to build in a way the bush will be inside my station so I can use as Deco :

Voxel hands will not appear through searching for them, even if they are selected as an option. You have to go the respective G menu subcategory and select them one by one

My world is not modded, but I haven't tried other saves, it might be a bug then. I've used the seachbar and also looked thru the categories per hand.
But I cannot find it.
Sorry for my late response, I honestly just gave up and that bush will just stay there forever I guess.

Thanks for the answers tho, really appreciate the help.
