Depends on how one defines a spaceship.
I would define a spaceship as an vehicle with an engine able to reach a desired destination, enough recycling or stores to keep one or more passengers alive and facilities to keep them healthy.

If you are able to build an space suit who can do all that it would be an human shaped spaceship.
If not it is an protective suit for EVA
