1. always use search function before posting (try not to make duplicates) and try our Troubleshooting Guide first

An answer to your problem could be there

2. always try to provide exact description of situation in which the bug occurs, best are correct Steps To Reproduce

3. post log file along with description, it can be found here: C:\Users\{YOUR WINDOWS USERNAME}\AppData\Roaming\SpaceEngineers\SpaceEngineers.log
or simply paste this into your Explorer:
%appdata%\SpaceEngineers
The log file should be from the game session where you've encountered the bug. If you start the game again, the log will be overwritten.
post log file to www.pastebin.com and share the link on forum

4. when the crash occurred during Alt+Tabing (or the game did not launch at all) also attach event viewer log*

6. if the bug is world specific please upload world to Steam workshop or to www.dropbox.com and post the link into the thread

7. if the bug occurs on Dedicated server, please post Dedicated server log along with your normal log, you can find it here: C:\Users\{YOUR WINDOWS USERNAME}\AppData\Roaming\SpaceEngineersDedicated\Default\SpaceEngineers-Dedicated.log


* OBTAINING EVENT VIEWER LOG:
Please open the Event Viewer (from the start menu, type Event Viewer). In Event Viewer go to Windows Logs, Application and send the top ".NET Runtime" error from Application: SpaceEngineers.exe (see below image) to our support email (top two are enough).
In order to do this right, please follow very carefully these steps:
1) Select the correct file on the left side (Application)
2) Select first the .NET runtime error from top (using default ordering)
3) Copy the large bottom text and send it to our mail or here on forum. Note: make sure that the info is from the Application: SpaceEngineers.exe

not sure I have anything to upload just wanted to mention that my jetpack is not refueling from my hydrogen bottle since this latest update. almost epmty and if no way to refuel my world is done

Reporting BUG "Projactor" exploid
liffu build a any ship with cargo or any block that have inventor and iff that inventor full of stufs like materials etc. and u use that blueprint on the other server after building that blue print it will have that cargo etc all materials. comeone... can u fix that? aur server already disabled projactors and my carrie ship with auto decoys uhhhhhh.............

With the planet update whenever I attempt to use the WASD keys to move around it minamizes the screen and starts opening things on my desktop or highlighting files on my desktop.

I am experiencing wierd gravitational phenomena while mining on planets. The gravity will shift and start pulling me and all the rubble up against the wall of the tunnel, and I will be unable to move, the only way to escape is to dig in the direction the gravity is pulling me, until I get back to the surface, and it throws me and all the rocks out. You can literally stand back and watch as the rocks pour out of the mine shaft at an upwards angle, defying the laws of physics.

In Mission 9 from theingame tutorial, you can't n enter the ship as it says access denied. I think it's because you are not signed to a faction please solve this as I can't advance through the tutorials

This isn't a bug reporting thread. It tells you how to provide information to the developers relating to a bug. Create a bug thread or search if someone else reported the same problem.

Every time the landing vehicle touches the ground of a planet the ship begins to vibrate even with the landing gear locked. It vibrates so much that ends up causing damage to health when I walk inside the ship.
Sometimes the ship vibrates so much that the character falls through the ship passing blocks, or getting stuck into some armor block.

i want to play but the game will not even start up, it comes up with an error saying something about my graphic cant support it but i have the recommened graphics, i have intel hd 4000. is there any way to fix it to be able to play or will there be a patch comming out, or will i have to buy a new graphics card which i dont want to do.

Is there any Chance to get Informations about how to fix Game Problems in German?
Since the Planet-Update was launched the Game Crashes without Error-Report in the Loading Screen.....

While playing solar system survival on earth like planet desert area I fell through the planet an died. at the same time my drilling platform that I had worked weeks on received damage from no where. There seems to be places on the planet where this hapens more offten. I have had no problems in the space sceneiros and creative mode.
