Why is it refusing to launch?

I downloaded the game with expectations of playing a fun space sim. i then get hit by it refusing to ever launch. i click the launch button in steam, nothing. i check task manager, nothing. ive tried everything. clearing cache, deleting files, reinstalling gpu drivers, reinstalling directX11, deleting then downloading but nothing works??

Hi, share the PC specs first, that will give basic information to start helping.

How to share the Steam "System information" :

Copy/paste the Steam "System information", it's in "Help" on top of your Steam app, click on it, let it detect your PC and copy/paste all in here.
