The issue is now different, for seemingly no reason as ive changed no settings.
Day before yesterday and yesterday stone asteroids were loading blurry untill i got very close, like a few large block lengths away, at witch point they would go through what seemed to be 5 levels of detail as i got closer until the last one was my face against the dirt. The texture from just a few blocks lengths away was so blurry it looked like minecraft topography.
Now, today there going through 3 levels as a more reasonable but still very short range.
Here are screenshots of today's wierdness but its not nearly as bad as yesterday.

Extra info if it helps:
I am 100% certin when i was last playing SE, month or so ago, that the textures for asteroids were loading from 2 to 3 times further away than the distance in these Screen shots at minimum. I remember approaching them and seeing them change over.
I tried changing my texture quality from medium to high and it did not change this behavior as far as i could tell, just what textures were loaded.
Ive treid closeing other programs to see if maybe it was just something eating ram and no change in behavior so far.
I tried glideing over to asteroids that were not loaded in when i loaded my world today and they show the load distance above, not my issue from last night.
Also the texture remains blurry until 24 large grid blocks away, give or take half a block.
I just checked and the textures on my ship are staying loaded/not blurry form multiple times that distance away.
Game is/was running smooth throught all of this even last night, no fps drops appernt to me just this wierd texture loading.
I first noticed it on an asteroid much further away from a planet but i am now every close to one if that could be related.
If i can figure out how to recreate the really low distance version of this il gladdly update this but right now its not showing itself. My one and only theory is it only starts happening after haveing the game open for a few hours.
Do you have an email i can send an mp4 into? As far as i can tell i cant directly post that here

_______
PC specs looks OK but maybe 2 monitor can cause Graphic conflict where the game is using the integrated one !?
I see 2 monitor with 2 grahic used :
Number of Monitors: 2
Number of Logical Video Cards: 2
Very weird.
I can't help them because asteroids are Ok on my side and best to have a chat with the Porgrammers is a player having the Bug.
I began to play planet side, Pertam, for the new survival update to find food better and everything was fine until I got into space and found certain asteroids texture not loading in, being blurry. I was using mods on that world, so I had made new save with out any mods and same results, even validated my files, same.
As for the random encounters in space, the one so far I came across that had the same blurry effect asteroid was the "Staging Station" encounter. Only looking fine if my face is pressed up against the asteroid that quickly loses its resolution when moving away from it, talking about a few meters.
So knowing it was only certain asteroids being bugged while others was looking completely fine, I started to go thru the Voxel Palette and found that it was just Stone_01 being bugged for me while all the others was fine.
Here is an example, left being voxel "Stone_01" and right "Stone_02" from the same kind of distance.

If you can confirm that it is Stone_01 that is blurry or texture not loading in for those having the issue. Should know that some one had made a bug report for it on the keen support site, which I voted the same and commented it on here.

EDIT:*issue*
Looks like the asteroid I have tested was Stone_02.
That is why the SE Programmers always ask to save in front of the Bug and add the save in the Bug report.
No problem.
This screenshot is being taken at the "Staging Station" encounter asteroid.
This is at about 5 meters
