Hi, I'm generally not good at games like this, I just have a hard time timing blocks and reading enemy patterns.

I like the game concept but I'm really struggling, once I get to turn 11-12 I start to lose almost every battle.

That being said I think I'm using the weapons wrong. On the guide here on the community page is said that standard weapons other than sword are basically useless. Is that right?
For example one of the odd things I noticed is that in late game if I throw an enemy in the air I can keep beating them by changing weapons (usually sword-spear) but it seems that I don't deal any damage as I can get up to 70 hits on a single enemy without "breaking" it. Should I use different weapons on different enemies? Do they actually have significantly different attack power?

Is it true that the three "specialc weapons (gauntlet, rifle, claws) are much more powerful?

If so can someone share a file with at least one of these unlocked? I tried beating the emperor (only boss I was able to fight as of now) multiple times but always lost after landing some 20 hits which are not enough judging from videos on YouTube

Any tips would be appreciated
