Hey hey. I own Hearts of Iron 1, 2 and 3. Why would I want to play this game rather than the 3 HoI games? Are there any significant differences, improvements, a different gameplay focus or something?

I spot a lot of troubles with the game if you choose other country than one of the main players in WW2, but this it just stupid - I took Brazil and can't build planes, can't buy blueprints to build them and can't even develop them... was this game ever tested by creators on other countries than main Allied / Axis countries?...
