many mod apps have that functionality... "sidekick" is likely still the best package

There should be a lap counter up top-middle in race... if its not there check
\Steam\steamapps\common\assettocorsa\system\cfg\session_info.ini where RACE_VISIBLE should be 1 ... this option probably is somewhere in CM which might be overriding it but idk in that case.
