Hi Scorcher, it is important to note that achievements can only be completed in Normal Mode, not Developer Mode, where they are disabled. Perhaps that was the issue you ran into?

Well, I was able to find the command to grant me 1 Billion Dollar and get the other achievement this way, but I seem to be unable to find the exploit to research all tech at once :D. Yeah, there is a button for that in dev mode, but as you said, achievements don't work in dev mode :). The script command to grant all tech seems not to work anymore or it has changed.

Well, if you really want to, it is quite simple:


1) Create a text file (any name) with this in it:

2) Save it as .cfg extension
3) Move it to here:

4) Load up the game in normal play mode, load your save or start new game, does not matter
5) Open the tech tree, and scroll all the way to the right, you'll find a new tree there called Shifty Shaun Tree, witha single item called Shifty Shaun
6) Research it, and it will unlock all technologies as well as the Shifty Shaun achievement (it unlocks the technology achievements as well)

Follow that and rank yourself among the evil :)

as far as i know the achievement has been broke since 2016
