I have an incognita ability that requires marking enemies to use it. How can I mark them? Thanks

What it says in the title. I keep hearing people say to add two files from System32 to the game folder, which didn't work, and people saying to reinstall the redistributables found in the game folder... those redistributables don't exist though? On Windows 11...

Still one of the coolest and most original tactics games ever made with a strong artstyle and atmosphere, and it's a real shame that they never made a sequel or more expansions for this game, instead just getting that money from DST and Oxygen Not Included while trying to make new IP's...

I understand it's turn buff/debuff. Very simple, red is debuff..green is buff. But i found several red Daemon gave me buff like Chrono, it said "Prevent next hacking for several turn". But reward me with sum of CR after hacking it on fabricator. Other question, does daemon replaced with new one? Or it kept until its over..?...
