How to reset progress?
So I beat the game a few years ago, and now I want to start over from scratch. The thing is, it seems like even when I start a new game, all the progress is unlocked: I can choose all the agents and programs. Is there a way to reset this? I tried uninstall/reinstall, but that didn't help.

You can delete your savegame file but you would also need to disable cloud sync, I think, to prevent Steam from just loading your save on the cloud instead. I don't know what will happen if you disable cloud sync, delete your save, then turn cloud sync back on.

If you're looking for more things to achieve in the game, so to speak, I recommend playing with mods instead. There are even mods that add new agent variants you can unlock with XP...

I'll give the cloud sync a try. It's been so long since I have played, I just want the unlock progression you get when you play through the first time. Will also check the mods.

I actually found what I was looking for on the dev forum, posting here if anyone else wants it.

1) Go into your Steam Library, right-click Invisible, Inc., hit Properties, go to the Updates tab, and uncheck "Enable Steam Cloud synchronization".

2) Then, navigate to where the local copy of your cloud save file is located - should be under something like "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\numbersnumbers\steamIDofgame". Invisible, Inc.'s Steam ID number is 243970. In there, there should be a folder labeled "remote", and inside that folder should be the save file. Delete it/back it up/whatever you want to do, just remove it from the folder.
